Plan Maintenance Analyst is responsible for processing the full variety of Plan level maintenances, Price Margin, financial and non-financial, by client. A percentage of Quality check (QC) of other analyst processing for all work types completed within the Plan Maintenance Team is required.

Ensure all data and systems requirements are updated accuratelyHandle bundled and unbundled plans as well as Simple IRAsHandle maintenance and calculations on annuity productMaintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarksPartner with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues efficiently to meet all deadlinesCoordinate communication and resolution with internal partners and clientsWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree or Retirement Services work experience3-5 years Defined Contribution Plan Administration or Plan Conversion experience requiredProficient knowledge of qualified retirement plans and an understanding of plan setup and maintenance as applicable to daily plan administrationGeneral knowledge of IRS and SEC regulationsStrong knowledge of MS Word and Excel requiredStrong numbers aptitude, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to gather and analyze facts, evaluate plan needs, and develop creative solutionsDemonstrate organizational skills, and the ability to set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to work Hybrid in local office 6 days per month.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
