Overall job purpose:

As a part of Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) Platform Services team, we support the organization to win business by enabling teams to deliver value streams faster and making sure site is reliable and resilience.

Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day work will consist of:

Build and support Platform As A Service (PaaS) on both SS&C Private Cloud and AWSWork with teams in Thailand, India, US, UK, Canada, Australia and more to support day-to-day request and provide guidance to teams on DevOps practices and toolsPerform on-call duty to support the platforms we provide. We do “follow-the-sun” support model for global support team.Ensure our system comply with regulatory, security and audit requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field.Minimum 5 years in DevOps related role for senior levelGood English communicationLinux system engineering expertiseCI/CD pipeline experience, preferably with GitHub ActionsInfrastructure as code experience, preferably with TerraformExperience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or SaltExperience with binary and artifacts management such as JFrog ArtifactoryLogging and motoring systems such asGrafana, Promtail and LokiKubernetes, Helm and GitOps tool such as ArgoCDKubernetes administration experience is advantagedGood understanding of Microservices Architecture and Service Mesh

Nice To Have

AWSEC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Cloudfront, WAF, API Gateway, Lamdba, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, SQS, SNS, EKSExpertise in at least one of the programming language, preferably PythonExperience with management of Kafka platformExperience with Keycloak or APIMExperience with high availability data platform such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Nifi, Airflow, Pentaho, etc.
