CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Adobe Experience Manager opening for our client in New York. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Duties: Provide expertise and consulting for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, optimizations, and enhancements. Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into technical solutions using AEM. Customize and configure Adobe Experience Manager components and features to meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Adobe Experience Manager environments. Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for clients on AEM best practices. Develop and deliver presentations and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project deliverables. Assist clients in managing and improving their content management strategies using AEM. Skills: Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies. Strong experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing AEM solutions. Deep understanding of web content management (WCM) and digital marketing platforms. Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex projects. Proficiency with Adobe Workfront is a plus. Agile methodologies experience is preferred. Client-facing experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel for client support as needed. Experience: 5+ years as an Adobe Workfront Consultant or a similar role. Proven experience in AEM implementation, configuration, and optimization. Extensive experience in client relationship management and project delivery. Knowledge of project management principles and tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in relevant areas are preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
