Key Responsibilities:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Accountable for all activities associated with the end to end delivery of new and updated package designs including request intake, concept development, testing, validations, approvals and commercialization.Identify and mitigate Package Development risks. Drive quality output from each process from supplier and design inputs, through execution, and output.Ensure responses to quality system findings (CAPA, nonconformance, audits) are consistent, robust, appropriate, and timely.Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Packaging/Labeling PMOs to ensure all global regulations are anticipated, understood, and adhered to on a timely basis for Package Development.Develop talent and ensure the team’s quality and compliance skills are continuously advancing.Delivers projects using appropriate Process Excellence and project management tools and provide leadership to your team to grow their expertise in these areas.Maintain project prioritization and communications with all levels of the organization.Serves as a member of the DePuy Labeling Packaging Leadership Team.Develops new and efficient business processes to improve quality, service and cost.Tracks and reports department performance metrics.Understands and follows development processes accurately and as applicable while maintaining high qualityMitigates project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.Actively coordinates the work of multiple team members.Leads multiple parallel projects of different complexity and at various stages. Advances issues or opportunities to next management level.Interacts with senior leadership and major internal and external partners to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projectsOperates within a budget, and may provide input on budget allocation and prioritizationEnsures that team members follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.Ensures personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and proceduresPerforms other duties assigned as neededQualificationsEducation:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
