What You'll Do 

As a senior-level technology leader, you will play a key role in enabling products to power the next generation of the internet by providing mechanical simulation expertise for selecting technologies, materials, manufacturing processes, and suppliers and supporting Cisco Silicon One products' packages.

You will be a key team member in selection strategies and help the design team optimize mechanically, SI/PI, route, cost, and risk.

You will also be involved in product NPI, quality and reliability tests, and qualifications.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with key partners across several functions in Engineering and silicon operations, including Product Development teams, Technology and Quality, worldwide manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualification:

You are an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in advanced IC package technologies, 2D, 2.5D and 3D. Package substrate manufacturing technologies, package assembly and test.

Experience with Ansys Mechnical simulation tool. 

Preferred Qualification:

You are a great teammate with a proven track record in leading global multi-functional initiatives, an excellent communicator both written and verbally, and a problem solver with data analysis skills.

You are familiar with NPI processes, supplier onboarding, auditing, and quality management.
