Package Specialist SAP SCM SD
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist SAP SCM SD opening for our client in Manhattan, KS. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Duties: Provide expertise in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, primarily focused on Order Management and production support. Gather and document business requirements, and design solutions to meet the business needs, ensuring they align with best practices in SAP SD. Perform detailed SAP configurations and write specifications for custom program development. Conduct testing to ensure all solutions are functioning as expected, and support the coordination of transports to production. Provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Address issues related to orders, returns, payment cards, pricing, billing, rebates, taxes, and shipping. Oversee and manage various types of sales documents, delivery documents, item categories, and schedule line categories. Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, particularly in Order Management and production support. Experience in business requirement gathering and system design. Strong understanding of SAP configurations, custom program development, and testing. Familiarity with various types of Sales Documents, Delivery Documents, Item Categories, and Schedule Line Categories. Knowledge of Orders, Returns, Payment Cards, Pricing, Billing, Rebates, Taxes, and Shipping processes. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in a production support environment. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD (Order Management) module, with a focus on production support. Proven experience in gathering business requirements and designing solutions based on these needs. Hands-on experience with SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications, testing, and providing post-go-live support. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
