Package Specialist Workday HCM
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist Workday HCM opening for our client in Albany, NY. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Duties: Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA), Time Tracking, Projects, and Absence modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configuration solutions. Provide expertise in Workday HCM best practices, including design, testing, and deployment of new functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Workday HCM. Ensure the accurate and timely execution of Workday integrations, data loads, and updates. Provide end-user support and training for Workday HCM modules. Skills: Expertise in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA), Time Tracking, Projects, and Absence. Strong understanding of Workday HCM and associated business processes. Proficient in Workday configuration, integration, and security model. Experience with Workday reports, dashboards, and data analysis. Ability to lead functional workshops, document requirements, and drive system configuration. Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills. Familiarity with Workday release management and testing processes. Experience: Proven experience in Workday HCM implementations, with a focus on PSA, Time Tracking, Projects, and Absence modules. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM solutions. Experience working in a project-based environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
