**Job Title: Packager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Packager to join our team. This role involves working in a labor-intensive environment and requires the ability to regularly lift 40 lbs. The main function of this position is to ensure that the production line runs smoothly without jams. You will monitor products such as sour cream and yogurt as they come off the filler machine, make boxes, wrap pallets with shrink wrap, and stack products. During downtime, you will also be responsible for cleaning the work environment. **Responsibilities** + Monitor products on the conveyor system to prevent jams. + Make boxes for packaging products. + Wrap pallets with shrink wrap. + Stack products, lifting up to 40 lbs regularly. + Clean the work environment during downtime. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a labor-intensive job. + Ability to regularly lift 40 lbs. + High school diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Packaging experience. + Experience in inventory and warehouse settings. **Why Work Here?** We offer a unique work schedule where you only need to work 15 days a month, providing ample opportunity for growth within the company. Employees are required to wear a company uniform and new contractors wear red hard hats for safety, indicating they are still getting accustomed to the facility.
