Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packager to join their team. As a Packager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packager **Location:** Proctor, WV **Pay Range:** 16.00 hr **What's the Job?** + Bend, reach, and stoop to staple plastic packaging bags around large stacks of product and stretch them across tops of stacks (higher than 5 feet) to the other side. + Climb 3.5 feet onto sides of rail cars to place styrofoam pieces and dunnage boards to protect product during transport. + Keep the area picked up and tidy at all times for maximum safety and efficiency. + Assist rail car loaders in loading completed bundles to rail cars by handing ropes up to rail car loaders. + Perform various cleaning, painting, and housekeeping tasks as required by the plant. **What's Needed?** + Experience in casual labor or as an industrial packer. + Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. + High School Diploma **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. + Be part of a team that values safety and efficiency. + Potential for career growth within the organization. + Contribute to the success of a leading company in the industry.
