**Job Title: Packager / Bander** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team across multiple shifts. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring products are prepared for shipping efficiently and accurately. **Responsibilities** + Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. + Work directly with the operator in the 'catching' department, handling pieces as they come off the line. + Catch and put aside or box pieces coming off the line. + Cut wood using a saw; proficiency with a tape measure is essential. + Wrap drywall studs of various sizes (6 ft, 8 ft, 12 ft). + Stack and wrap pallets to prepare for shipping. + Perform repetitive tasks efficiently. + Handle materials on rollers/conveyors, placing sheets on saw horses, and counting pieces according to work orders. + Receive saw training to cut wood for protecting drywall during shipping. + Read order sheets and paperwork, and communicate information effectively. + Operate a table saw to cut wood parts. + Stand and work on feet for the entire shift. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with a band saw and table saw. + Must have metatarsal boots. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with steel manufacturing. + Must purchase a white hard hat prior to the first day. + Willingness to work mandatory overtime. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. Our location in Vienna is part of a large and expansive operation, providing a vibrant and dynamic workplace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
