Temp to Hire **LSI Staffing Houston has immediate Packaging operator positions, at our client in NE Houston TX. $17 per hour Must have Forklift experience.** **MATH TEST REQUIRED! MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN TO WEAR RESPIRATOR!!** This person should be self-driven and motivated to move at a fast pace to meet daily production quotas. Requirements- + Able to read a tape measure to check the length, width and the squareness of the material to meet the standard tolerance of plus or minus 1/16”. + Able to count, add, and subtract for piece counts needed to meet the order quantities, forklift equipped to set up material to be packaged. + Capable to pick up sixty to seventy pounds to put scrap in desired bin. + Proper use of PPE at all times inclusive of safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe boots, wearing of a respirator and gloves. + Showering at the end of the shift is also a requirement. + This goes without saying but I cannot stress enough the importance of being at work every day and being on time. + Overhead crane experience is also a plus.
