Packaging and Product Stewardship Manager
**Job Overview:** **Manager, Packaging & Product Stewardship** As the Manager of Product & Packaging Stewardship, you will be pivotal in advancing the sustainable packaging strategy for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). This position requires a strategic thinker capable of implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies for packaging and products, collaborating internally and externally with stakeholders to advance the circularity of our packaging. You will be responsible for meticulous goal tracking and reporting, fostering cross-functional collaboration with KDP R&D and procurement teams, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Do Good”. **This role can be based out of our Frisco, TX or Burlington, MA corporate offices. We operate on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office (Tuesday-Wednesday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday).** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Packaging Sustainability Strategy and Execution:** + Support the Director, Packaging ? Sustainability to improve end-of-life outcomes for KDP packaging to ensure compliance requirements and track toward KDP sustainability goals + Partner closely with KDP packaging research & development and procurement teams on the design and implementation of more sustainable packaging solutions + Act as a KDP packaging sustainability subject matter expert and up-to-date awareness and understanding of packaging sustainability trends, regulations and requirements + **Advance acceptance of KDP packaging in recycling, composting and reuse systems:** + Work with recyclers, composters and other partners to advance end-of-life acceptance for KDP packaging + Collaborate with the R&D team to provide insights that enable them to advocate for efficient and effective strategies to achieve sustainability goals and compliance requirements for KDP packaging + Coordinate with external organizations to advance the circularity of KDP packaging + **Goal Tracking and Reporting:** + Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and track project progression toward sustainable packaging goals + Act as the lead for any customer requests or reports related to KDP packaging sustainability + Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders **Total Rewards:** + Salary Range: $91,300 - $138,050 + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in environmental science, packaging, chemistry, engineering, or a related field preferred + Extensive experience in sustainability, packaging, product stewardship, or environmental compliance roles + Proven track record in working with and managing cross-functional teams and projects + Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building skills + Proficient in developing and implementing sustainability strategies + Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to create detailed reports and presentations + Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse teams and external partners **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
