**Description**
Job Title: Packaging Coordinator
Location: Omaha
Report to: Purchasing Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
+ Coordinates material offloading with shipping to ensure daily production supplies are available
+ Conducts a physical inventory of packaging materials located within the plant to be compared with SAP inventory
+ Advises purchasing on material shortages or unusual usages
+ reconciling and troubleshooting packaging inventory on a daily basis,
+ performing data entry, and issuing packaging supply items from the store room.
+ Follows the exchange program for personnel items, maintaining supply logs, conducting cycle and inventory counts, and insuring security measures are followed.
Experience Required:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required
Skills/Abilities Required:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in SAP preferred
+ Must be able to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Good organizational skills
