- Package design:
   - Collect package requirement , design, test and release according to internal process
   - Benchmark packaging solution from IPN
   - Source and qualify suppliers to ensure competitive Q, C, D performance(quality, cost ,delivery)
   - Align RTP RASIC w/ suppliers & customers
   - Manage related documents & , eg. drawing, SPS & CPS.
   - Manage related master data maintainance in SAP & PackIT

- Package related project:
   - CIP project to achieve KPI result (incl. cost, quality, sustainability, etc...)
   - Follow my measures logic for project managment

- Package Quality & Cost Management:
   - Handling related quality complaints, e.g. customer complaint, package damage etc.,  
   - Package quality improvement with usage of quality management tools like, 8D, PSS etc.
   - Package FMEA line work & LPC @ Warehouse
   - Package cost planning

- Package related daily management:
   - Follow engineering change request (ECR) process for package design alignment internally and externally.
   - Package KPI management
   - Package supplier management
   - Sorting activitiy coordinator

- Others:
   - Act as business partners to value streams, majorly but not only to packaging engineering.
   - Other tasks assigned by leaders.

- Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, package engineering, industrial engineering or related

- With >2 years package design experience in automotive company

-Good knowledge in packaging engineering, e.g. structure design, material selection etc
- Good knowledge for physical material flow, especially for automotive companies.
- Good knowledge in BPS, LLD, ergonomic, MTM, CAD and ProE, project management skills
