As a Packaging Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Packaging Department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packaging Electrician **Location:** Belle Mead, NJ 08502 **Pay Range:** $36.00 - $46.00/Hour + Amazing Benefits **Shifts:** Weekdays and/or Weekends, 1st (7:15am to 3:30pm), 2nd (3:15pm to 11:30pm), and 3rd (11:15pm to 7:30am) **Job Function:** + Provide multi-skilled technical leadership to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and operations equipment. + Apply electrical expertise to packaging operations and electrical controls. + Participate in developing and communicating maintenance plans for packaging lines. + Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities on production lines. + Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build and maintain positive employee partnerships. **Required Qualifications:** + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, Servo). + Ability to read and program electrical controls. + Strong understanding of maintenance practices and safety standards. + Capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required. + Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with internal teams. **Reasons to apply:** + Excellent benefits including 4 weeks of vacation and 5 sick days. + Tool and clothing allowances provided once or twice a year. + Steel-toed shoe reimbursement. + Opportunities for career progression within the maintenance team. + Regular work hours with potential for voluntary overtime.
