Job Title: Engineer Job Description The engineer will work under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating and creating standards, utilizing RF experience, and applying EMC knowledge and test procedures. Hard Skills Hard Skills - IC and/or Electronics Experience is a must - 6-7+ year's of Packaging Engineering experience - New Package Design - Interact with subcontractors - Packaging and Testing Contractors - Failure Analysis - Address issues that may arise with manufacturing plant - Qualifying Specifications - Lead Frames/Source Lead Frames - IC Wire Bonds - Bonding Molds, decision of correct molds - Understanding all aspect of Qual Test - How are we protecting the product mold - Know which Qual Test need ran - How the test's are done/steps to the test - How the test's are set up - Understanding HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) + - Understanding of MSL Ratings Soft Skills + New Package Design + Interaction with subcontractors + Failure Analysis + Qualifying specifications Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Carrollton, Texas.
