Summary: Seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead the development, planning, and execution of product packaging concepts and solutions for new and existing products.

Job Responsibilities:

Design packaging solutions for new products that meet Engineering, Quality, and customer needs.

Develop and implement packaging procedures, testing, and standards.

Evaluate current packaging solutions with global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.

Coordinate with global packaging supply base and Sourcing to address issues and implement changes.

Assist in evaluating packaging suppliers.

Serve as the technical lead for packaging suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Proven history of packaging design and implementation.

Ability to manage various tasks and assignments across multiple projects.

Ability to evaluate complex problems, consider stakeholder needs, and propose solutions.

Packaging Engineering degree or 2-4 years prior experience in packaging design within manufacturing and R&D environments.

Ability to develop processes and procedures and train various groups on implementation.

Proficient in various computer applications including Microsoft Office.
