Pay Rate: $16.50

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output.Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities.Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredExceptional focus on detail and proficiency in adhering to directionsProficiency in handling tasks efficiently within a dynamic and time-sensitive settingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsTechnical certification or associate degree in a related field.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
