Job Description: Are you ready to be a crucial part of our dynamic team? As a Packing Line Operator, you'll play a vital role in our packaging process, ensuring every product is perfectly packed and ready for shipment. This hands-on role involves assembling boxes, packing items, and working closely with your peers in a collaborative assembly line environment. You'll keep our machines running smoothly, maintain a tidy workspace, and perform various production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and Pack: Manually assemble boxes and pack items, instructions, and other materials.Stay Active: Stand for 12-hour shifts, rotating through different stations in an assembly line format.Maintain Equipment: Keep machines in top condition and ensure a clean work area.Production Excellence: Perform tasks associated with the production line, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any issues.Team Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication with peers and support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.Essential Skills:
Experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing (1-2 years preferred).Ability to perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line.Experience standing for 8-10 hour shifts.Knowledge of quality control and inventory management.Ability to operate production equipment and handle materials.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED preferred.Basic knowledge of packing and material handling.Flexibility to move between departments or shifts as needed.Capability to lift products up to 33 lbs and perform physical tasks.Stable job tenure with no unexplained large gaps in employment (1-2 years preferred).Why Work Here? Work Environment: Our state-of-the-art facility in is designed for comfort and efficiency. With wide warehouse aisles, climate control, and modern amenities like locker rooms and a canteen/breakroom, you'll have everything you need to thrive. We follow a 3,2,2,3 rotation schedule, with final pack operations only on the day shift.

The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $26.16
