We currently have an opportunity for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Pay: $18.57/$1.00 Shift Differential/hour (Nights)

$500 Retention Bonus

Plant Specific Details

2/2/3 schedule – work approximately 13 days out of the month2 (3) day weekends off a month12 hour shifts

Your Role:

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration. You will have the opportunity to:

Ensures compliance with GMP’s, Safety, Quality Procedures and keep Productivity Standards.Efficiently maintains the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.Performs quality checks and makes the necessary adjustmentsChecks controls on equipment relating to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing and water flowMaintain various records such as production reports, data entry and detailed shift reports.Checks raw materials inventory and informs warehouse of shortages.Communicates effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.Performs other related duties as required or directed by Team Leader
