**Job Title: Packaging Mechanic** **2nd shift:** 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday. **Location:** Caldwell, NJ **Pay:** $28 - $30 per hour **Job Description** Maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment. The role involves operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. **Responsibilities** + Operate, adjust, repair, and maintain packaging equipment + Support equipment changeovers + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues + Perform routine maintenance + Packaging + Preventive maintenance + Maintenance technician + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills + High school diploma or equivalent + 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing + Ability to read and understand technical drawings + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods **Why Work Here?** Competitive compensation and benefits package.
