**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** As a Packaging Operator, you will work Monday-Wednesday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on a global scale, helping to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Located in Cincinnati, OH, this site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose manufacturing and drug development within the Pharma Services Group. **Responsibilities** + Perform packaging line operations including operating and monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, equipment setup, and cleanup. + Troubleshoot and optimize packaging equipment performance. + Identify and resolve quality problems while maintaining cGMP standards. + Assist with ensuring the packaging line operates at an acceptable production rate. + Perform GMP documentation, in-process testing, breakdown investigations, and repairs related to packaging production. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment. + Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting. + Ability to read work instructions, procedures, manuals, and diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous work experience in manufacturing, production, lab setting, or a related field (preferred). + Experience in a cGMP environment (preferred). + Experience in pharmaceutical production and/or packaging (preferred). + Mechanical skill and proficiency (preferred). + Comfortable gowning up and down 6-8 times a day. + Career minded with process experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive hourly pay rates with additional shift differentials for second and third shifts, annual performance-based bonuses, and merit increases. Personal protective equipment, including various styles of dust masks or respirators, safety glasses, safety shoes, and scrubs or modified gowning, is mandatory. You must be able to hand scoop 5 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday and handle drums weighing up to 60kg as well as lift containers and/or tooling weighing up to 20kg intermittently throughout the workday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
