**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** Our Client makes a variety of water flavorings, liquid additives, liquid sweeteners, coffee creamer, stevia, and mashed potatoes sold under private labels such as Great Value, Market Fresh, Starburst, & Enhanca. **Responsibilities** + Set up and adjust machines, performing troubleshooting during jams or spills. + Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs. + Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces. + Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages. + Document lot numbers, quantities, and final details. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience. + 2+ years at the same company. + Experience in machine set up and troubleshooting. + Manual documentation skills. + Knowledge of GMP, filling, machine operating, packaging, and filling machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing. + Ability to manually document checks throughout production in 15-minute, 30-minute, and hourly increments. + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. + Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with team members across functional groups. + Bilingual experience is nice to have. **Why Work Here?** The position comes with a competitive hourly wage, a full comprehensive benefits program, a 401K retirement program, paid time off, and holiday pay.
