**Job Title: 3rd Shift - Vial Wash Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Vial Wash Technician for the 3rd shift. This position is responsible for supplying assigned positions with materials/items, cleaning equipment and production areas, inspecting parts/items, and providing troubleshooting support. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures and may involve assisting in training. **Responsibilities** + Operate all assigned equipment according to established methods and procedures, including setup, operation, and cleaning. + Confirm equipment configurations are correct and check for leaks or other abnormalities. + Communicate any issues or problems immediately and complete operational documentation per SOP. + Tag, palletize, and place all returned and rejected items as needed. + Complete and review area production documentation, ensuring all entries are accurate, recorded in real time, and signed as completed. + Maintain open communication with management regarding production updates, deviations, and corrective measures. + Exchange work status information within the department, management, and co-workers. + Maintain a clean environment/work area using appropriate cleaning solutions and prescribed methods. + Ensure designated equipment/tools are cleaned and sanitized per established methods and schedules. + Clean and sanitize required glassware by loading it into the washer and completing wash documentation per SOP. + Handle raw materials and components according to prescribed methods, including procurement, weighing, verification, dispensing, and formulation. + Respond to equipment alarms or malfunctions immediately, communicating conditions to subject matter experts. + Assist co-workers in producing finished products within the time limits outlined in SOPs and/or manufacturing instructions. + Receive and ship all plant uniforms and scrub uniforms for cleaning. + Receive and stock all garments and supplies for clean rooms and sterile core, and prepare garments for shipping and sterilization. **Essential Skills** + Understanding of machine operations and the ability to identify when a machine is not working correctly. + Experience with documentation processes. + Experience in quality control and inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience in a clean room environment. + Familiarity with FDA regulations. + High school diploma or GED certificate is required. **Why Work Here?** We are a growing company with significant investment in upgrades, new construction, and expansion projects. Candidates will be exposed to moving parts and work in a 'Clean Room' with no windows, well-lit, temperature, and humidity-controlled. Full gowning from head to toe is required, including hair net, beard net (if necessary), safety glasses, lab suit, gloves, and booties. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 9 pm to 7:30 am, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
