**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** We are looking to add two individuals to our Warehouse team. These individuals will spend 50% of their time operating a forklift to move 55lb bags of raw materials throughout the warehouse and load them onto 20-40ft trailers. Utilizing pick sheets, they will know what product to load and unload. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for packaging products, which involves running a packaging machine, stacking filled bags on pallets, wrapping the pallets, and transporting them with a forklift to designated areas in the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift to move and load 55lb bags of raw materials. + Utilize pick sheets to determine products for loading and unloading. + Run packaging machines and manage product packaging. + Stack filled bags on pallets, wrap them, and transport them to designated warehouse areas. + Maintain inventory and keep track of products using inventory sheets or systems. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience within the last year. + Ability to lift up to 75lbs. + Legible handwriting. + Understanding of basic warehouse safety. **Work Environment** This warehouse is semi-climate controlled, featuring heaters during the winter and fans during the summer, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The warehouse contains a significant amount of product, requiring employees to be cautious and prioritize safety while maneuvering forklifts. Typically, there are 10-15 individuals working in the warehouse at any given time. The shift pattern is a 12-hour rotating day shift from 7am to 7pm, with a schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 3 days off, including working every other weekend. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.71 - $22.71/hr.
