Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packaging Operator - Nights **Location:** Cincinnati, OH **Pay Range:** $18/hr. plus a 10% shift differential **What's the Job?** + Perform packaging line operations, including operating and monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and palletizing. + Assist with packaging equipment setup and startup while maintaining safety and quality standards. + Observe packaging equipment in operation and apply troubleshooting practices to optimize performance. + Operate, recognize, and remedy quality problems, and perform changeovers and cleanups as required. + Ensure compliance with GMP documentation and participate in breakdown investigations and repairs related to packaging production. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + No previous work experience required, but experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred. + Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment. + Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting. + Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive hourly pay rate with additional shift differential for night shifts. + Annual performance-based bonus and merit increases. + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits effective from day one. + Paid time off and designated paid holidays. + Opportunities for career advancement and tuition reimbursement.
