Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team in Tualatin. The ideal candidate will efficiently monitor downstream packaging and related capping and casing equipment while ensuring quality standards. Available shifts include Back Half Days, Front Half Nights, and Back Half Nights.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate downstream packaging and related equipment.Ensure quality standards by performing periodic package and case integrity tests.Set up and change over equipment and supplies properly.Perform rework and sanitation duties as required.Operate automated systems efficiently and troubleshoot problems using a computer touch screen.Essential SkillsAt least two years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.Ability to work 12-hour shifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with packaging, operating, and warehouse environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Fast-paced food production environment. You will be monitoring the packaging line and product that just came out of the packaging machine. The environment can have strong odors and you must be able to stand for 12+ hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50
