**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and efficient Packaging Operator for our Tualatin location. The role involves monitoring downstream packaging and related capping and casing equipment, ensuring quality standards, performing periodic integrity tests, and managing proper set-up and changeovers. The Packaging Operator will also perform rework and sanitation duties, operate automated systems, and troubleshoot problems using computer touch screens. **Responsibilities** + Efficiently monitor downstream packaging and related capping and casing equipment. + Ensure and uphold quality standards by performing periodic package and case integrity tests. + Set up and changeover equipment and supplies as needed. + Perform rework and sanitation duties as required. + Operate automated systems efficiently. + Troubleshoot problems using computer touch screens. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a production or warehouse environment for at least two years. + Ability to work 12-hour shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packaging and warehouse operations. **Why Work Here?** Our company values its employees by offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will monitor the packaging line and handle products that just came out of the packaging machine. The environment can have strong odors or smells, and you must be able to stand for 12 or more hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
