The Packaging Quality Technician will collaborate across departments, managing all paperwork, job creation, and closure for rework and repack operations. Responsibilities:

Ensure that all repack-rework sheets are completed and accurate (counts, labels, case stickers) following production and inventory.Coordinate with warehousing, inventory, and repack-rework departments to ensure proper storage and handling of repacked products.Provide assistance to the Operations Finance Manager on all related rework-repack issues and occurrences, along with providing requested reports as needed.Manage all receiving in process for rework-repack and ensure the receiving is correct.Ensure all repackaged products match back to the finished production job (after counts are verified) following inventory/warehousing including non-stock items.Assist rework-repack team and quality in performing visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.Assist rework-repack team and quality to ensure all reworked-repacked products comply with customer specifications and food safety regulations.Maintain accurate documentation of reworked-repacked products for traceability and quality control purposes.Reconcile and ensure all materials and products for rework-repack jobs are correct.Ensure and manage all Ross adjustments in accordance with inventory, along with RMA and LPN movements as they relate to rework-repack.Manage all paperwork correction activities for rework-repack, assisting with any questions other departments may pose regarding repack-repack.Create and provide accurate reports including but not limited to variance reports, yield loss, direct issue-enter times, and weights as it relates to rework-repack with an understanding how it relates to inventory, warehousing, and production planning.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of rework-repack activities with operations/production.Ensure and assist other leaders on lot code verifications and corrections. Qualifications:

Competent with Microsoft ExcelProficient and comfortable with using PC and various software programsMinimum 2-3 years in food manufacturing, with a focus on rework-repack operations or similar inventory experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
