Description Packaging Supervisor in LaPorte, TX

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for production, packaging and inventory management, storage, and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of production and leadership experience in warehouse environment.

Job duties:

Must have experience managing/supervising small to medium group of employees.

Must have knowledge of production logistics.

Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.

Also, mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

Have knowledge in Excel and Outlook for inputting daily/monthly reporting.

Willing and physically able to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays.

Must have the drive to do more than minimum.

Manage all or part of the team of production/packaging workers.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of production and leadership experience in warehouse environment.

Current and updated resume is a MUST.

Pay Range: $22/hr.

Schedule: 1 shift, Monday-Friday (possible Saturday & Sunday’s if needed) 6am – 6pm
