**Job Title: Packaging Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Packaging Technicians for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This role involves the manual and automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products while adhering to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will comply with all safety regulations and perform all activities in a safe and efficient manner. **Responsibilities** + Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility. + Comply with all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe, efficient manner. + Perform manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products. + Act as the primary performer of in-process and AQL inspections and other necessary tasks. + Perform computer-related tasks necessary for the job, including signing in, in-process actions, and data entry. + Participate in the start-up and closure of packaging jobs. + Clean packaging rooms and machinery in accordance with SOPs and GMP. + Accept or reject in-process clinical supplies and drug products. + Perform counts of components and drug product. **Essential Skills** + Hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands. + Working mathematical skills for counting, adding, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages. + Ability to interpret 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork. + Capability to meet physical requirements such as standing continuously, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Initiative and ability to follow through on commitments. + Adaptability to changing circumstances. + Ability to accept and learn from feedback, especially related to Corrective or Preventative Actions. **Why Work Here?** This position offers benefits and a 401k once hired on, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This role involves working in various temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated (2 to 8° C) and freezer (-20° C) conditions, with up to 80% of the day potentially spent in a freezer if needed. Personal Protective Equipment Certification (PPE) is required, including but not limited to filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, half-face masks, and safety glasses. Candidates working in the freezer or PAPR environments receive additional compensation for every hour worked.
