Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our team at our Gentry, AR location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor. As a Packaging Technician, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include:Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrappingPlacing wrapped snack cakes into cartonsFilling cases with cartons of snack cakesArranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patternsMonitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targetsCollaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that ariseFollowing production schedules and meeting production quotasFollowing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
