**Job Title: Packaging Waterspider** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Waterspider to join our team. This role involves managing and updating packaging logs, prioritizing orders, setting up templates, and ensuring quality control. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly organized and safety-conscious environment with room for growth and development. 6am to 2:30pm (4am OT) $18.50 Excel Bilingual: Spanish and English **Responsibilities** + Update the Packaging Log + Prioritize orders by due date + Set up templates as shown in BP00220 + Follow the template verification process as shown in BP00121 + Loop parts + Package 140 pcs or 280 pcs per bag + Choose the correct bags for each order + Assist in the QC sorting process + Assist with the QC audit process + Scan all barcodes from the template and ensure it reads the correct information + Follow the one bag principle + Keep all machines stocked with bags and ribbons + Set up templates for FST UK + Set up packaging templates with Dymo + Understand the defect catalog for packaging + Maintain adherence to company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and good housekeeping practices + Understand and implement the health and safety policy and integrate health and safety considerations into daily work activities **Essential Skills** + Experience in packaging and labeling + Basic knowledge of Excel + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Bilingual proficiency + Positive attitude and eagerness to learn + Desire to pursue a long-term career in manufacturing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with documentation reviews + Motivated and proactive attitude + Willingness to work on first or second shift with overtime as needed **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay, including a $1/hr raise even before training is complete. This is an ITAR facility, reflecting our commitment to high standards and regulatory compliance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
