**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Deflecto manufactures ventilation products for HVAC Units. Packagers will be responsible for packaging the finished products and preparing them for shipping. These products come off the foil machine that the Flex Operators are running. **Shift:** 1st shift: 7am - 3pm 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm **Pay** : $16.50 on 1st shift $17.50 on 2nd shift **Hard Skills** + Fast-paced performance metrics + Ability to stand for entire shift + Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana. **Work Environment** Non-temperature controlled environment; comfortable in winter and fall, hot in summer and late spring. Noisy due to machines and forklifts. Well-organized but not the cleanest floor.
