**Packaging Technician-GMP experinece required** **1st shift - $17.50-$20.50/hr** Normal Hours $17.50hr Refridgeration Hours $19.50hr Freezer Hours $20.50 **Job Description** As a Packaging Technician I, you will work in the warehouse to inspect and package pharmaceutical products. Your role involves creating labels, following SOPs, utilizing a computer, and working in cold storage environments at times. You will perform final inspections, pack goods into labeled containers, and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. **MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A COLD STORAGE AND FREEZER ENVIRONMENT OCASSIONALLY.** **Responsibilities** + Inspect and package pharmaceutical products in the warehouse. + Create and apply labels following standard operating procedures. + Utilize a computer for various tasks. + Work in cold storage environments (freezer) as needed. + Perform final inspections of work in-process and finished products. + Pack goods into appropriately labeled containers. + Scan labeled bottles/cartons/cards using the 'PASS' system and complete necessary documentation. + Assist Quality Assurance personnel and Production Supervisor/Group Leader with staging, scanning, and reconciliation of components. + Assist in the Labeling Department with label inspection as needed. + Check components for accuracy relative to description, Lot#, quantity, etc., prior to QA issuance to packaging line. **Why Work Here?** As part of our team, you'll do important work that impacts the real world, such as helping customers find cures for cancer, protecting the environment, and ensuring food safety.
