**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Packers to join our team on Crew B. This role involves working a 12-hour AM schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM. During the first week, orientation and training will take place from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Packers are responsible for packing finished products, including smaller materials and longer pieces that require team handling. This position requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and accurate counting and reporting of pieces according to provided training. **Responsibilities** + Pack finished products, including both smaller materials and longer pieces. + Work with another person if the weight or length of the materials is too much for one person. + Stand on your feet for long periods of time. + Pay close attention to detail. + Count and report pieces accurately. + Follow packing instructions and training provided. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of packing experience in a manufacturing setting. + Ability to read and understand work directions. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with packaging, loading, material handling, stacking, inventory, labeling, picking, RF scanner, general labor, pick, and load. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a full benefits package, paid time off (PTO), and opportunities for growth. The dress code requires long pants and prohibits watches/wrist jewelry, rings, dangly/gauged earrings, long hair/facial hair, loose clothing, hoodie strings, shorts, sweat/yoga/stretch pants, opened toe/heeled shoes, exposed necklaces, holes in pants/shirts, no cut off/sleeveless shirts, and clothing with offensive, lewd, or derogatory references. PPE includes steel toe boots and safety glasses. The break room offers free coffee, fresh market options, and fountain soda.
