**Job Title: Packer / Machine Operator / Production Technician** **Position Overview:** We are looking for a highly skilled **Machine Operator/Production Technician** to join our team. This position involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic and semiautomatic machines in a continuous production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production parameters, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring compliance with production and process specifications to maintain the efficiency and quality of the operation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate, and maintain automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing environment. + Monitor and adjust key production parameters such as meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures to ensure adherence to production and process specifications. + Follow engineering drawings, work orders, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures (MAP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other written and verbal instructions to ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment. + Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and dismantle machinery and equipment in accordance with established documentation such as SOPs, blueprints, layout plans, and other technical drawings. + Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. + Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic systems into sub-assemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment. + Ensure all machines and equipment are functioning at optimal levels and perform regular preventative maintenance as needed. + Document and report any issues, failures, or abnormalities in the production process and work with the team to resolve problems promptly. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules. + Contribute to process improvements and implement solutions to improve machine efficiency and production output. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus. + Previous experience in machine operation, process operations, or product assembly is preferred. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals. + Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. + Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. + Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications precisely. + Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment. + Good communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. **Working Conditions:** + Full-time position with the possibility of overtime depending on production needs. + Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. + May be exposed to various industrial equipment, machinery, and environmental factors. **Why Join Us?** Join a dynamic team where your skills and expertise are valued. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $20.50 - $20.50 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
