NOW HIRING GENERAL LABORER’S Starting pay $17.00, Mclean, Illinois We are seeking a skilled material handler to join our Mclean IL team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a skilled laborer with the ability to continually lift 50lbs though out the entirety of your shift. As well as observe equipment operation and components, such as sensors, limit switches, proximity switches, conveyor belts, and photo eyes, to detect machine malfunction. **Job Description:** · Accurately perform bagging specifications, ranges, targets to meet quality standards. · Physically lift, dump, and package bags/boxes of product weighing up to 50lbs - expect to dump up to 600 bags per day (very repetitive) · Work both indoors and outdoors as necessary. · Observe equipment operation and components, such as sensors, limit switches, proximity switches, conveyor belts, and photo eyes, to detect machine malfunction. · Notify management of any production, safety, quality or environmental concerns with equipment, operation, or facility. _Skills and Qualifications:_ **Must Haves:** · Previous experience as a laborer. · Previous equipment operating experience. · Excellent reputation of attendance. **Nice to Haves:** · 1+ year equipment operating. · Critical thinking skills. **Work Environment:** · Non-temperature-controlled warehouse. · Expect to work outside in all elements. · 1 st shift hours Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm.
