**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Candidates will be performing a wide variety of tasks from picking orders, packing boxes, to sorting and staging shipments both inbound and outbound. They will verify the accuracy of incoming product shipments, process associated paperwork, and stock shelves. Additionally, they will pick, pack, and ship customer orders as needed, and participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders and pack boxes for shipment. + Sort and stage shipments both inbound and outbound. + Verify the accuracy of incoming product shipments. + Process associated paperwork and stock shelves. + Pick, pack, and ship customer orders as needed. + Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs. + Receive orders and conduct inventory counts. + Unload and load trucks. + Data entry and other various duties. **Essential Skills** + Packing + Production + Forklift operation + Inventory management + Order picking + General labor + RF scanner operation + Pallet jack operation + Shipping and receiving + Warehouse inventory **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Desire to learn and drive to succeed within a stable growing company. + Forklift experience is a plus but not required. + Distribution center experience is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy weekly pay when hired on directly!
