**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** The packer will be responsible for packaging the finished ventilation products for HVAC units and preparing them for shipping. These products come off the foil machine that the Flex Operators are running. **Responsibilities** + Package finished products accurately and efficiently. + Prepare products for shipping. + Work collaboratively with Flex Operators and other team members. + Stand for the entirety of the shift and occasionally lift items as heavy as 30 lbs. + Maintain a fast-paced performance metric. **Essential Skills** + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. + Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift: 7am -3pm // **$16.50** **Why Work Here?** Our company has a family feel and is smaller in size, allowing for a tight-knit community. The environment can be hectic with the manufacturing and distribution activities taking place. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Castleton area of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
