Starting Pay: $16.50/hr (eligible for raise once you get hired direct with the company. Raise will depend on shift).

Crew 1--7am-7pm Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Wed

Crew 2- 7am-7pm Th, Fri, Sat and every other Wed

Crew 3 -7pm-7am Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Sat

Crew 4 -7pm-7am Wed, Th, Fri and every other Saturday

We are currently seeking Packers in a snack food production facility in Hanover, PA. Tasks include emptying bags of pretzels onto conveyors, catching finished products in branded containers, sealing bags for the market, folding cardboard boxes, and stacking boxes onto skids.

ResponsibilitiesLearn and perform various general duties related to preparing products for shipment, such as picking products, packing boxes, building skids, and inspecting products.Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.Be punctual and ready to work.Take direction from line leads on standards of practice.Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties once every 28 days, including breaking down equipment, using hoses, spraying down lines, sweeping, and sanitizing.Essential SkillsGood attitude and strong work ethic.Attention to detail.Ability to learn and follow directions.Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The facility is very clean, follows good manufacturing processes, and is SQF certified. While most of the building is climate-controlled, temperatures can range from 67 to 100 degrees, with some areas near the oven reaching up to 140 degrees. Employees must adhere to a strict dress code due to close contact with food: no acrylic fingernails or nail polish, no jewelry or piercings, no glitter or loose embroidery on clothing, shirt sleeves must cover armpits, crew neck t-shirts and steel toe shoes are required, and hairnets must be worn at all times. Cellphones are prohibited on the production floor. Employees are provided with lockers and are expected to leave their steel toe shoes at the facility. The workday includes three 20-minute paid breaks, during which employees cannot leave the premises but may use the provided smoking facility.
