Job Description

This position is located in the Elk Grove Village facility. Candidates will serve as packers, rotating between three different tasks each day with the team. One task involves opening and preparing boxes for the second packer. The second task requires loading ink cartridges into the boxes for the customer. The third task involves labeling, sealing the boxes, and placing them onto a pallet until it is full. The position requires standing for 8 hours a day and maintaining the pace of the production line.

ResponsibilitiesOpen and prepare boxes for packing.Load ink cartridges into the boxes.Label and seal boxes, then place them onto pallets.Maintain the pace of the production line.Stand for 8 hours during the shift.Essential Skills6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to work at a fast pace.Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny experience in inks or chemical environments.Experience as a batch mixer, loading, assembly, inventory, RF scanner, skid, packaging, pallet jack.Ability to work the hours of 11 PM to 7:30 AM.10 Panel Instant Drug Test - Includes THC.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Clean and temperature-controlled environment. The facility employs approximately 60 people, including packers, forklift drivers, mixers, and office staff.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00
