**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and experienced Packer to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in packing, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and can stand for long periods of time. This role involves packing material as it comes off the production machine, building boxes, and staging materials for shipping. **Responsibilities** + Pack material as it comes off the production machine. + Build boxes and stage materials for shipping. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Rotate tasks every 2 hours to maintain efficiency. + Inspect and ensure the quality of packed items. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packing and fast-paced production environments. + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. + Strong communication skills to interact with leads, supervisors, and managers. + Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders. + Basic computer skills to pull up work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical assembly and working with small parts. + Attention to detail and speed in performing tasks. **Why Work Here?** You will have the opportunity for growth within a smaller company that values training and promoting from within. You must be comfortable standing or sitting for up to 11 hours a day. The dress code requires close-toed shoes, and you may wear shorts or pants under the cleanroom attire. Lockers are provided for personal belongings. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Vernon Hills, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
