**Job Title: OMG INC. 2nd Shift Packer** **Job Description:** We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Packers. As a Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are safely and efficiently packed for shipment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing products into boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. You will operate at various stations throughout the day, including packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing, allowing you to stay engaged in different tasks. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: + Pack products into boxes based on specific packing lists and size requirements + Weigh packed boxes to ensure they meet required weight specifications + Tape, label, and seal boxes for shipment + Transfer boxes to pallets in an organized and efficient manner + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks to maintain variety and productivity + Ensure all products are packed securely to prevent damage during transport + Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing tasks + Maintain a clean and organized workspace **Must-Have Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong teamwork and communication skills + At least 6 months of previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience (preferred) + Ability to follow written instructions in English + Good attention to detail and focus on quality + Ability to lift and move boxes of various weights (up to 50 lbs) + Willingness to pass a safety test after completing a safety video **Skills & Abilities:** + Packing and boxing experience + Sorting and picking items accurately + Strong understanding of warehouse environments and practices + Familiarity with production processes and requirements + Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a focus on efficiency + Capable of maintaining a positive attitude in a quiet, focused environment **Additional Requirements:** + Must be able to work in a quiet and structured environment + Strong work ethic with a good attendance record (1.5 years minimum at a single company) + Safety-conscious and able to adhere to all workplace safety policies If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a dynamic and structured environment, we encourage you to apply and join our team! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
