Job Description
Responsible for assembling, packaging, and labeling pharmaceutical packages according to company procedures and regulatory standards. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and compliance with FDA, USP, cGMP, and other applicable guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately assemble pharmaceutical packages according to batch records, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure that all components are correctly included and properly packaged.Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the integrity and safety of each kit.Operate and maintain equipment used in the packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical kits.Maintain inventory control by tracking and recording kit components.Apply labels to packages for easy identification and ensure proper organization.Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding any issues or discrepancies.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated environment.Basic computer and documentation skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in packaging, assembly, and material handling.Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment with personal protective equipment (PPE).Manual dexterity for handling small components and assembling kits.Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a production facility with strict cleanliness and quality control regulations. This role involves working from 8 AM to 4:30 PM and may involve exposure to chemicals, powders, or controlled substances with proper safety precautions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
