Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Packers. As a Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are safely and efficiently packed for shipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing products into boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. You will operate at various stations throughout the day, including packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing, allowing you to stay engaged in different tasks. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack products into boxes based on specific packing lists and size requirementsWeigh packed boxes to ensure they meet required weight specificationsTape, label, and seal boxes for shipmentTransfer boxes to pallets in an organized and efficient mannerRotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks to maintain variety and productivityEnsure all products are packed securely to prevent damage during transportAdhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing tasksMaintain a clean and organized workspaceMust-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAt least 6 months of previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience (preferred)Ability to follow written instructions in EnglishGood attention to detail and focus on qualityAbility to lift and move boxes of various weights (up to 50 lbs)Willingness to pass a safety test after completing a safety videoSkills & Abilities:
Packing and boxing experienceSorting and picking items accuratelyStrong understanding of warehouse environments and practicesFamiliarity with production processes and requirementsAbility to handle repetitive tasks with a focus on efficiencyCapable of maintaining a positive attitude in a quiet, focused environmentAdditional Requirements:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
