**Job Title: Packer/Floater** **Job Description** Ensure proper packaging material is available to match the production schedule. Inspect products for quality defects, including unwrapped products, loose wrappers, foreign objects, defective packaging, and proper labeling/lot numbers. Package products in cartons/cases according to specifications and communicate any packaging and product quality problems to the line leader or supervisor. Stack fully packed and sealed cases on pallets as per product specification layout, wrap the full pallet of products with stretch wrap, and identify with the proper production ticket. Employees will be on their feet all day long. No personal items are allowed on the production floor, and no food or drinks are permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, North Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
