Packer Processer
**Job Title: Packer Processor** **Job Description** This role will use PPE and be provided uniforms for each scheduled shift. This role requires steel toes. This role does not require PIT or Forklift experience. As an Associate Packer, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging finished products; using SAP to perform labor scanning, label printing, and scanning confirmations; ensuring finished products meet quality specifications (including appearance); and obtaining and completing production paperwork. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time) • Safely assemble and package finished products by properly labeling boxes; hang hangers, nozzles, and labels on cartridges; fill bulk liquids; and pack containers in cartons with quality in mind. (70%) • Complete all production paperwork, including Batch Record Retain forms, process orders, scrap sheets, and housekeeping checklists. (10%) • Utilize SAP to perform labor scans, print SAP labels, and scan confirmations. (10%) • Perform housekeeping. Verify shadow boards are appropriately stocked. (5%) • Participate in Huddle Board discussions, including providing safety suggestions and possible solutions. (5%) Additional Details: • Standing at an assembly line table where water bottle-sized tubes filled with material will be coming down a rolling table. • Standing all day and working with a team of 5-8 members. • This can become fast-paced if you do not keep up with another new co-worker's pace. • At the end of the line, candidates will be packing into a box and then putting it onto a pallet. **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Environment** The company is organized and does a great job with creating a wonderful onboarding experience for candidates during their first week. Temperature-controlled. Has an easy-going vibe to it but the expectation is to always be working. There are not a lot of employees, so at times it can seem quiet on the production floor since the machinery is not loud as well. Once converted, employees will be provided with uniforms and given a smock to wear over clothes while on contract.
