**Job Title: Foods Packers** **Job Description** This involves operating a manual machine to coat various foods products by manually unloading the product into cartons, and sending it into the warehouse. The Panning Operator ensures all customer requirements are met according to the production recipe, maintains production standards throughout the shift, **Responsibilities** + Operate a manual machine to coat foods + Manually unload coated products into cartons and transfer them to the warehouse. + Ensure customer requirements are met according to the provided production recipe. + Maintain production standards during the shift. + Assist with shift transfer processes. + Submit accurate and detailed shift documentation. + Clean tanks using water and cleaning chemicals. + Adhere to all GMP procedures and safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Experience in material handling and warehouse operations. + Proficiency in documentation and inspection processes. + Ability to work in a GMP environment. + Experience in food production and the food industry. + Machine operation skills. + Capability to lift 50 pounds consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in heavy manufacturing environments such as heavy packing, assembly, or machine operation. + Comfortable working in hot environments with heavy lifting. + No requirement for GMP machine operator experience, but must be comfortable with the work environment. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a short-term contract of 720 hours with the opportunity for immediate conversion to a permanent role. This position requires standing all day and lifting a minimum of 30 pounds repeatedly. Candidates need not to be allergic to chocolate or peanuts **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Skokie, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
