**Job Title: Packers/Production (nights)** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for Packers/Production roles on our night shift. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure, stand for 12-hour shifts, and perform basic math. Machine operation experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, managing multiple tasks, and adhering to safety policies. Pre-employment compliance is required. **Hard Skills** + Reading a tape measure to the 16th of an inch + Basic math skills + Machine operation experience + Quality testing product + Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment **Soft Skills** + Ability to work independently and in a team + Effective time management + Strong attention to detail **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in AUBURN, Washington. **Work Environment** The work environment includes multiple departments such as Extrusion, Warehouse, Glass, and Slider. This is a fast-paced production setting where employees stand for 12-hour shifts. The plant can get very warm during the summer (85+ degrees). There are six production lines running at all times, focusing on windows, doors, and frames.
